Shimo Zhou and Une Yea graduated with postgraduate degrees from the Royal College of Art and the London School of Fashion, respectively, and jointly founded the independent menswear brand Staff Only after graduation. The two designers intend to create a design style full of curiosity and a sense of humor through menswear design. They aim to convey the concept of wearers who dare to try unknown fields and daring to break through are "brave men".
