Design: SMFK's VINTAGE collection in 2025 focuses more on the application of hand-dyeing and vintage printing and dyeing processes, presenting the classical beauty of apparel fabrics and dyeing.
Slim fit long sleeve dress with double straps for a more stable fitting and shoulder straps are adjustable.

Texture: New fabric combines mulberry silk and Modal, with a striped knit construction that enhances elasticity. The garment undergoes lightly peached, creating a subtle micro-brushed surface texture. When paired with garment-dyeing techniques, it develops a distinctive matte finish with muted luminosity—achieving a sophisticated balance between understated refinement and tactile depth.

Process Features: The garment employs a garment-dyeing technique, which differs fundamentally from the conventional process of dyeing fabrics prior to garment construction. In this method, the clothing is first fully assembled, then dyed using a rotary drum water-dyeing process. After natural drying, finally washing away the floating color of the fabric to complete the color fixing. This creates distinctive aesthetic effects: the seams and edges accumulate denser pigment for deeper tones, while flat surfaces develop organic, watercolor-like gradients through random dye dispersion, with undyed interior edges retaining their original hue - collectively producing an artistic quality reminiscent of ink-wash paintings. Compared to pre-dyed fabrics, garment-dyed pieces exhibit unparalleled fluidity and movement. The inherent unpredictability of aqueous dye interaction ensures each hand-dyed garment develops its own unique chromatic destiny.
