Refunds Time limits

Returns are only accepted within 72 hours of package delivery.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are only available when the item is out of stock or has quality issues, and we do not make any refunds on sale items.

Exchange requests after 72 hours will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are only supported for different sizes of the same item. If you need to exchange the same item for different colors, we recommend that you place a new order. And we do not make any exchanges on sale items.

Exchange Process and Fees

1. If you need to exchange, please contact our after-sales email: sales@madax-online.com, and attach 3-5 pictures to confirm that the product is in good condition (including product tags), the packaging is in its original condition, and make sure that you have not washed the product or stained it with perfume.
2. When customer service confirms that the product can be exchanged, a shipping label and invoice will be sent to you. After printing them out, you can take the product to the nearby logistics office for return processing.
3. There is no charge for exchange, but you need to pay the logistics costs and possible tariffs generated by the exchange. All fees are after-paid. When our warehouse receives your returned items and checks that the goods are exchangeable, we will send the shipping (and tariff) invoice to your email, and you will pay through the link in the email.
4. When all fees are paid, we will send you the new product.
